At Printed-Hero, every poster and canvas is made to order and 100% personalized printed uniquely for you. Your happiness with the final piece is our top priority, and we stand behind the quality of everything we ship.

1. Our Promise

Each item is custom-produced especially for you. Because of this, we put great care into the printing, the materials, and the finish of every order. If anything is not right, we'll make it right.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@printed-hero.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

Once we've reviewed it, we'll reship your order right away, free of charge no need to send anything back.

3. Wrong or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that doesn't match what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send you the correct item without delay, at no extra cost.

4. Not Fully Satisfied ?

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not happy with your order, reach out to our team — we'll do everything we can to make it right and reship a new piece without delay.
